work description EV charging project, pursuant to AB 1236 / AB 970. As part of the SCE Charge Ready Program, the work performed will include the installation of the make ready infrastructure to support two (2) future dual chargers and fifty-six (56) single port chargers. EVSES shall not be available to the general public and are intended for use by a designated vehicle. Pursuant to California Building Code Section 11B-228.3.2. Therefore, no accessible EVSE parking stalls will be installed. All EVSE equipment will be by the customer under a separate project and separate permit.
